- Sweet chili sauce - 1/2 cup, for dipping
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Coconut flakes - 1 cup
- Large shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
