Air Fryer Coconut Chicken
This crispy and flavorful coconut chicken is cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooking spray - For greasing
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Shredded coconut - 1 cup
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Chicken breasts - 4 boneless, skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
