Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas
These delicious and healthy air fryer chicken fajitas are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Optional toppings: - Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese
- Tortillas - 8, flour or corn
- Salt - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Chicken breasts - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and add them to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the bowl with the chicken and marinade. Toss to coat the vegetables.
