Let's Get Started

  1. Season the ahi tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tuna steaks and sear for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and red onion.

  5. Slice the seared tuna and add to the salad.
