Adana Kebap

- Flat bread - 4 pieces
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, finely chopped
- Lamb - 1 kg, minced
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin kebab around a skewer.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the kebabs on flat bread with lettuce and tomatoes.
