- Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Zucchini - 2 medium, grated
