Zakim Bridge Ziti with Ricotta
This is a delicious pasta dish inspired by the iconic Zakim Bridge in Boston. The ziti is tossed with a rich tomato sauce and creamy ricotta, then baked until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Ricotta cheese - 1 cup
- Crushed tomatoes - 1 can (28 ounces)
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ziti pasta - 1 pound

- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the ziti according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
