Wild Berry Cobbler

Ingredients - Serves 8
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, chilled and diced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- White sugar - 1 cup
- Mixed wild berries - 6 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the chilled butter and use your fingers to rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. The dough should be sticky.
- Pour the berry mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of the dough over the berries.
