White Bean Stew
A hearty and comforting stew made with white beans, vegetables, and spices.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- White beans - 2 cans, drained and rinsed
- Celery - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrots - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
