Veggie Whole Wheat Pasta
A healthy and delicious pasta dish packed with a variety of vegetables and whole wheat pasta.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Zucchini - 1, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Whole wheat pasta - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the pan and cook until softened.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the pan and cook until the spinach is wilted.
