- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1/2, diced
- Bell pepper - 1, diced
- Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4
- Pie crust - 1
