Vegan Lentil Curry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the curry powder and turmeric and cook for another minute.
