Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Broccoli florets - 1 cup
- Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Udon noodles - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
