Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
