Turkey Meatloaf
A healthier take on the classic meatloaf, this turkey meatloaf is moist, flavorful, and a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Egg - 1
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Ground turkey - 1.5 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
