Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Seaweed salad - 1/2 cup
- Edamame - 1/2 cup, shelled
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sushi-grade tuna - 8 ounces, cubed
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add the cubed tuna to the bowl and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, place a layer of cooked rice.
