Tuna and Veggie Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tuna steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, snap peas, and green onions. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Return the tuna steaks to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the tuna and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the tuna and veggie stir fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
