  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pistachios, almond flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  5. While the cake is cooling, make the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and pistachio milk until smooth.
  6. Once the cake is cool, drizzle the glaze over the top and garnish with chopped pistachios.
