Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the chopped basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
