Tofu Kimchi
A spicy and flavorful Korean dish made with tofu and fermented kimchi.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Kimchi - 1 cup, chopped
- Firm tofu - 1 block
Let's Get Started
- Drain the tofu and cut into cubes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
- Add the kimchi and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.
- Return the tofu to the pan and stir to coat with the kimchi mixture.
- Serve the tofu kimchi garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
