Tofu Kimchi

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Drain the tofu and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  5. Add the kimchi and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.
  7. Return the tofu to the pan and stir to coat with the kimchi mixture.
  8. Serve the tofu kimchi garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
