Toffee Nut Popcorn

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot. Cook until all the kernels have popped, then remove from heat.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring consistently.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and baking soda.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the popcorn. Add the mixed nuts and stir until all the popcorn is coated.
  5. Spread the popcorn out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool before serving.
