Teriyaki Chicken

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken with half of the teriyaki sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Add to the remaining teriyaki sauce and whisk to combine.
  5. Add the sauce to the skillet and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
