Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the chicken breast in a pot of water until fully cooked, then drain and let it cool.
  2. Once cooled, shred the chicken breast into very fine fibers.
  3. In a separate pot, combine the milk, sugar, and rice flour. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the shredded chicken to the milk mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dishes and let it cool. Once cooled, place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
