  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add the heavy cream, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan on a wire rack.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
