Taro Ball Soup

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Steam the taro and sweet potato until soft, about 15 minutes.
  2. Mash the taro and sweet potato separately, then mix each with 1 cup of tapioca flour to form a dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and set aside.
  4. In a large pot, bring the water, rock sugar, and pandan leaves to a boil.
  5. Add the taro and sweet potato balls to the pot and cook until they float to the top.
  6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the soup hot, with the taro and sweet potato balls.
