Szechuan Chicken

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink in the center.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the garlic, ginger, and dried chili peppers. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and add the peanuts, soy sauce, and Szechuan sauce.
  7. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  8. Serve the Szechuan chicken hot, with rice if desired.
