Swordfish Tacos
These delicious swordfish tacos are made with grilled swordfish, fresh toppings, and a zesty lime crema.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Hot sauce - To taste
- Lime zest - 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Swordfish fillets - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
