Swiss Chard and Tomato Gratin

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the Swiss chard and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the Swiss chard mixture.
  7. Top with half of the sliced tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle half of the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining Swiss chard, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the gratin is bubbly.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
