Sun Tea
This refreshing tea is brewed using the power of the sun, resulting in a delicious and easy-to-make beverage.
Ingredients - Serves 8
- Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- Lemon - 1, sliced
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 8 cups
- Tea bags - 8
Let's Get Started
- Fill a large glass jar or pitcher with 8 cups of water.
- Add 8 tea bags to the water, making sure they are fully submerged.
- Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the water and stir until dissolved.
- Add the sliced lemon and mint leaves to the water.
- Cover the jar or pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in a sunny spot outside.
- Let the tea steep in the sun for 4-6 hours, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Remove the tea bags and strain out the lemon and mint leaves.
