Ingredients - Serves 8

Let's Get Started

  1. Fill a large glass jar or pitcher with 8 cups of water.
  2. Add 8 tea bags to the water, making sure they are fully submerged.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add the sliced lemon and mint leaves to the water.
  5. Cover the jar or pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in a sunny spot outside.
  6. Let the tea steep in the sun for 4-6 hours, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  7. Remove the tea bags and strain out the lemon and mint leaves.
  8. Serve the sun tea over ice and enjoy!
