Sun Cake

Ingredients - Serves 8
- Egg yolk - 1, for brushing
- Powdered milk - 1/4 cup
- Maltose - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, mix the flour and butter together until it forms a dough.
- Add water to the dough and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, maltose, and powdered milk. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
