Summer Squash Pasta

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the summer squash and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta, fresh basil, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the pasta with the remaining Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
