- Water - 4 cups
- Sugarcane - 2 large stalks
Let's Get Started
- Peel the hard outer layer of the sugarcane stalks and cut them into small pieces.
- In a blender, add the sugarcane pieces, water, lemon juice, and ginger if using. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher.
- Chill the juice in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
