Ingredients - Serves 4
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- Water - 4 cups
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Fresh mint leaves - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Place the mint leaves, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender.
- Blend until the mint is finely chopped.
- Add the water and blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the solids.
- Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and stir until well chilled.
- Serve the Aab-e Nana over additional ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
