Stuffed Chili Pepper
These stuffed chili peppers are filled with a flavorful mixture of beef and rice, then topped with cheese and baked until tender.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Ground beef - 1 pound
- Large chili peppers - 4
