Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Trim the stems and tops of the artichokes, then scoop out the choke.
  3. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the artichokes with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the artichokes in a baking dish and add enough water to come halfway up the sides of the artichokes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
