Stir Fried Liver
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe that brings out the unique flavors of liver, complemented by onions and bell peppers.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Onions - 2 medium, sliced
- Liver - 500 grams, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onions, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the liver slices to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until they are browned on all sides.
- Add the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the liver is cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
