Stir Fried Liver

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onions, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the liver slices to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until they are browned on all sides.
  4. Add the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the liver is cooked to your liking.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
