Stir Fried Beef with Broccoli

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the beef and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until it is fully cooked. Remove the beef from the wok and set it aside.
  3. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a minute until it is fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli and water. Cover the wok and let it steam for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Return the beef to the wok and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the stir-fry hot with steamed rice.
