Steelhead with Garlic and Herb Butter
This steelhead trout recipe features a delicious garlic and herb butter that adds incredible flavor to the fish.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Lemon - 1, sliced
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons, softened
- Steelhead trout fillets - 2 fillets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped dill. Mix well.
- Place the steelhead trout fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
