Steamed Green Beans with Lemon Mint Dressing
This refreshing side dish features tender steamed green beans tossed in a zesty lemon-mint dressing.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
Let's Get Started
- Place a steamer basket in a large pot with 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the green beans to the steamer basket, cover, and steam until tender, about 5 minutes.
- While the beans are steaming, whisk together the mint, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
