  1. Cook the squid ink pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the seafood mix to the skillet and cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the wine has reduced by half.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the pasta is heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
