Spinach and Tomato Gratin

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
