Spinach and Tomato Gratin
This delicious spinach and tomato gratin is a perfect side dish or vegetarian main course.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Tomatoes - 4 medium, sliced
- Spinach - 1 pound, fresh
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
