Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni
This classic Italian dish is made with pasta tubes filled with spinach and ricotta cheese, topped with a tomato sauce and baked to perfection.

- Tomato sauce - 2 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Egg - 1
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Ricotta cheese - 500g
- Spinach - 500g, chopped
- Cannelloni tubes - 12
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Using a spoon, fill each cannelloni tube with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the filled cannelloni tubes in the baking dish, then pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
