Spinach and Pesto Pasta

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Pine nuts - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil leaves - 1 cup
- Spinach - 4 cups
- Pasta - 8 ounces

- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine the spinach, basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto sauce.
