Spinach and Feta Flatbread
This delicious spinach and feta flatbread is a perfect appetizer or light meal. It's topped with fresh spinach, creamy feta cheese, and flavorful herbs.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Kalamata olives - 1/4 cup, pitted and sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Fresh spinach - 2 cups
- Flatbread - 1
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked spinach evenly over the flatbread.
