Spinach and Balsamic Chicken
This delicious and healthy chicken dish is made with spinach, balsamic vinegar, and chicken breasts.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Balsamic vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Spinach - 4 cups, fresh
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
