Spicy Tuna Linguine

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Drain the tuna and add it to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  6. Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
  7. Add the pasta to the pan with the tuna and tomatoes, adding some of the reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley.
  9. Serve the spicy tuna linguine hot, with extra chili flakes on top if desired.
