Spicy Tofu Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. Add the cubed tofu to the sauce mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, red onion, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Return the tofu to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
