Spicy Rigatoni Vodka

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic is golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the vodka to the skillet and simmer until it is reduced by half, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and basil, then season with salt and pepper.
