Ingredients - Serves 4
- Bell peppers - 1 cup, cut into cubes
- Onion - 1, cut into cubes
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - To taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Paneer - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated paneer cubes, onion, and bell peppers to the pan and cook until the paneer is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the Spicy Paneer Tikka hot with mint chutney.
