Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Di Mare
This classic Italian dish is made with spaghetti, seafood, and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
- Mussels - 1/2 pound, cleaned
- Clams - 1/2 pound, cleaned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spaghetti - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the clams, mussels, and shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the white wine and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet.
- Toss to combine and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
