Let's Get Started

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dredge the sole fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sole fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the sole fillets from the skillet and transfer to a serving plate.
  6. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  7. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the butter starts to brown slightly.
  8. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the sole fillets.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  10. Serve immediately.
